Meet the sleek, Enkel Art Studio aluminium frames that provide just the right colour pop to enhance the artwork in the frame and bring your space to life. In collaboration with Dutch frame supplier Larson-Juhl we did our magic as colour lovers and curated a series of stunning colours that interact with our handmade prints very well.
This resulted in a selection of four distinctive shades:
- Fuchsia - a refined pink that immediately catches the eye
- Terra Orange - a warm shade with a beautiful terracotta undertone
- Curry Green - a mild curry tint balancing between green and yellow
- Purple - a deep, elegant dark purple tone

Which glass is suitable?
Museum glass is our favourite, it feels like there’s no glass at all. The special coating reduces reflections and lets you connect with the artwork. Museum glass also offers UV protection. For the best result with your monoprint, we recommend museum glass - and for size 70x100 cm, that’s the only option we sell.
Framing
Framing your artwork is easy! To support the glass, always place the frame on a sturdy surface like a floor or table. Insert the white sheet or cardboard behind the print before closing the frame.
For larger prints, you might consider having your local framer mount the piece on a backing board to prevent movement. A paper artwork placed loose in a frame may shift slightly over time. The framemaker can also advise on using a passe-partout for added depth.
Hanging
Our frames come with a versatile hanging system, so you can position your artwork exactly how you like. Since Enkel Art Studio prints don’t have a designated front or back, you can rotate them as you please.
We recommend hanging the frame lower rather than too high on your wall - let the artwork feel like part of the room. A good rule of thumb is to position the center of the frame at eye level.
Shipping
When you order a frame, it is handmade especially for you. The package is shipped directly from the frame workshop and you’ll receive an email with Larson-Juhl’s shipping details.
Shipping is free, and delivery takes about 1 week. Please note: currently, we only sell frames to customers in the Netherlands.
Please check the contents of your package upon arrival. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately so we can resolve them for you.
Returns or exchanges
Returning or exchanging frames is possible, but mailing them back can be a bit tricky. If you’re not satisfied with your frame, please do not remove the original packaging and get in touch with us. We’ll connect with you to find the best solution.
