We do our best to photograph each monoprint separately and accurately. But since each screen is different, colours may come out a little different when you see them in real life. Fortunately, the majority of our clients experience that the print looks even better in real life than on their screens.

We make new work regularly, and try our best to offer a nice variety of monoprints in our webshop. However, every artwork that we make is one of a kind. So do make sure you don’t wait too long when you see a print that calls your name. If you can’t find what you are looking for despite our wide range of work, please feel free to email us about the work that you are interested in. And we’ll let you know when a similar item might be available again.

Yes, we ship worldwide!

Our monoprints and artworks are carefully wrapped in paper foil and sent in a heavy cardboard poster tube. You will receive the track and trace information through email. The package won’t fit in your mailbox.

Shipping for our Dutch and European (including the United Kingdom) clients is free!
Delivery costs for orders in the rest of the world are €25.
We do not cover the costs of individual countries import taxes, this is not included in your shipping costs.

We use different delivery services for different countries. With your order confirmation you will see which company will deliver your package.

We send out your orders within 48 hours from Mondays through Fridays.

After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any email. Also no email in your spam folder?

Send an email to hello@enkelartstudio.com including your order number. We'll email you the tracking link of your shipment. Please check below how long your package will take and keep an eye out for the mail(wo)man.

Netherlands: 1 - 2 working days after shipping
Europe: approximately 2 - 5 working days after shipping
Worldwide: approximately 2 - 10 working days after shipping

If your parcel does not arrive or you get impatient, please contact us at  hello@enkelartstudio.com. Please remember to include your order number.

If you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.

Please open your package carefully and check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty or damaged delivery, we are very sorry.

Please contact us via email ( hello@enkelartstudio.com) and provide us with your order number, a list of the damaged products and a picture of the damage or the faulty received item and the packaging it came in. Once we receive that information we will replace the damaged items or refund them.

All articles purchased from www.enkelartstudio.com are fully refundable within 14 days upon delivery. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and with the original packaging. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

You have a right to return your order within 14 days from the day you: 
a) received your item
b) received the final item from one order with items delivered separately.

If you wish to return your order you must let us know within 14 days of reception. You have another 14 days to return the items. You cannot undo your purchase by only refusing to receive it, but must first inform us clearly at hello@enkelartstudio.com.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless you have received a faulty or damaged item. The return of the items and their condition are your responsibility until the moment we receive them back. We can’t refund damaged or used products. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that the refund is processed.

Your refund (minus shipping costs) will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 work days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
